All prints are carefully packaged by me in London and sent in protective packaging to make sure they arrive safely.

Processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. Please note that I use a third party supplier to create my prints so dispatch may take a little longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and I'll do my best to help.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service where available. Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1 - 3 working days.
 

International delivery

I currently ship internationally to selected countries - New Zealand, Australia, USA, UK, Scotland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand and Japan. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. International orders typically take approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch, but delays can occasionally occur.
 

Customs, duties & taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order unless explicitly stated. Please note that customs delays are outside of my control.
 

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so I can help resolve the issue. If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact me and I will investigate this with the postal service.
 

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. I cannot guarantee that an order can be redirected once it has been dispatched. If an order is returned to me because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required to resend it.​
