1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds - this is relevant for the following circumstances only:​

   • Faulty product: If you receive a print with significant defects or flaws that were present before shipping, we will offer a replacement or refund. 

     • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the faulty print. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the defects.

   • Damaged during transit: If your print arrives in a damaged condition due to mishandling during transit, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund.

     • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the print. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the defects.
        

2. Non-Returnable Items: I do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following:

   • Accidental damage: If the print is damaged due to mishandling or accidental causes after delivery.

   • Unauthorised modifications: If the print has been altered, modified, or tampered with by the customer.
      

3. Return Process: If you meet the eligibility criteria for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

   • Contact jadzia.sc.mk@gmail.com and provide your order details, including the order number and a detailed description of the issue.

   • I will assess your request and may ask for further details or images to verify the damage or defect.

   • I will then contact you with a decision based on the state of the product.
      

4. Refund Process:

   • If a refund is approved, we will process it within 2 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary. 

   • As print drops are often limited and released at varying intervals, replacement prints may not always be immediately available. If a replacement is required, I will contact you to discuss availability and agree on a reasonable timeframe for the replacement to be provided.
