I always knew that eventually I would go travel the world. Something in me has yearned to back my bags, spread my wings and fly away for as long as I can remember. This year I finally made the decision that now was the time to leave the nest. It's funny though how different people can view your choices in such opposing ways. When I first told some of my friends that I had booked my flights and was heading over to the other side of the world I got some mixed reviews. Some cheered me on and said things like "I'm so happy for you, this is something I know you've always wanted to so", whilst others had slightly less enthusiastic reactions.
