Terms & Conditions - Commission

Shipping
 

Shipping costs are as stated in the product description and may vary from piece to piece depending on the size, fragility, features and other factors of the work.

Adjustments


Within the pricing you are covered for up to 2 adjustments to be made. If further adjustments are requested, a fee will be added to the final sum. This fee will be discussed and decided upon by both parties at the time that the request arises and will be based on the complexity of the requested change.


Note, any mockups provided should be viewed as a guide and concept to draw upon during the creation of the artwork. The final work may therefore not 100% reflect the mockup in its entirety.

Pricing


Once your commission has been accepted and details have been finalised, you will be provided with a pricing quote. The artist retains the right to increase the price of any and all future commissions.

Artwork ownership


Once the artwork has been delivered you own the original piece. The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to any and all artwork produced.

Behaviour


To protect both the artist and client the below behaviours will not be tolerated:

  • Untimely responses (over a week to respond to communications)

  • Harassment and bullying

  • Discrimination

  • Frequent emails to speed up the process 

Payment


Once the price, as quoted by the artist, has been accepted, the agreed sum will be locked in. You will then be sent an invoice for a 40% deposit. Payment can be paid via banking transfer. You must make payment within 7 days of receiving the invoice otherwise you may lose your commission spot, the work will not begin or the final piece may not be sent.

Declined matter

  • Copyrighted images and characters

  • Nudity and violent images

  • Homophobic, antisemetic or racist matter

  • Drastic style alterations

The artist has the choice to decline any other subject matter (not listed above) that they deem as inappropriate with or without a reason given.
